Block pave is one of the most popular driveway systems available and still today extremely popular. However anyone with a block pave will tell you there are three main issues that consistently arise:
• The blocks dis-colour and fade
• WEEDS, no matter what I do they come back
• Areas across the drive become sunken due to constant traffic and use
We have done hundreds of drive ways of all different shapes and sizes and we constantly achieve fantastic results. After cleaning the drive at 3600 psi we lift and level any areas and replace any broken blocks, after the drive is cleaned and maintained we apply an industrial strength glyphosate to kill any deep rooted weeds.
A silver sand with spour inhibitor is brushed into the joint and sealed with a permeable resin that allows the surface water to drain from the drive (meets new SUDS regulation imposed by local authorities) while bonding the sand between the joints and preventing any further deterioration to the drive.
Roof coatings come in several different forms and can be installed in different ways, here at Full Circle Property Care we believe that any job should always be done to the highest standard and the best materials used.
We begin our process by cleaning the roof removing all of the moss and debris from the surface this also allows us to highlight any problem areas. Secondly we will replace any broken tiles and re point any mortar that isn't 100% to ensure the roof is water tight. We then apply a glyphosate to kill any residual moss and lichen spours and finish with either a clear fluorocarbon coating or a very neutral colour that would best match the original tile.
Questions to ask yourself:
• Do you have heavy moss accumulation across the roof
• Is the moss filling up your downpipes and causing slip hazards on your property's pathways
• Does the roof always look dull and damp
Is the pointing soft due to retained moisture

Wall coatings are no new thing they have been around for decades in many different forms, however the mistake that has been made for decades is that people are sealing the walls on their property and in so doing locking in any residual moisture that is present.

• Do you have a property without a cavity, if so, what protection is there between your outside brick face and internal wall?
• Do you have signs of efflorescence on the brick face? (salt being drawn from the brick during drying)
• Do you have cracked or flaked brick?
• Can you see dark areas on a dry day?
• Do your walls have green areas, moss or lichen growing on the brick face?
